Welcome! When we were looking for a home to purchase in North Topsail Beach early in 2017, we were looking for a home like one that we would rent ourselves, as we have done in prior years. We reserved two days to look at properties and drove our real estate agent crazy wanting to see as many as possible. We saw properties that were OK but on the second day of the search, Barb saw 3538 Island Drive on North Topsail Beach which was JUST listed that morning and asked our realtor to see it. The response was that the homeowners are living there and it was doubtful we could get in but we persisted and long story short, we got in. When we entered the home and went upstairs, it felt perfect. This home was for us! We tried to limit our excitement as we looked around the property, great views, large living room, open concept, lots of windows and two oceanfront bedrooms. We did not want to settle on a house and we sure didn’t! (To be honest, since I have to work most of the year, I am a bit jealous of anyone who will be renting this house…but we are certainly blessed to share it!) One of the things we have always looked for in a home are nice flat screen TV’s and high speed internet, since that is very important to our family, so we made sure to include those in the home. We know that the spaciousness of the house layout will provide a very comfortable and enjoyable time for all.
